PADI IDC Staffinstructor (IDCS)

As an IDC Staff Instructor, you’ll help train the next generation of PADI Instructors while gaining deep insight into the training of future instructors. You’ll participate in a full IDC and learn a lot about instructor candidate development and evaluation, the IDC process, and the PADI training system.

For many jobs in dive centers as a manager in resorts, the experience and training level of the IDC Staff Instructor is expected, and therefore the IDCS course is an important step if you are considering a career in a dive center or you want to open your own dive store or resort.

PADI IDC-Staffinstructor – Participation Requirements:
Min. PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, at least 18 years old, medical certificate, complete own equipment.
